Neo is an office and field app for construction, field services and traffic management companies. It is run by Axis Point Solutions, in Australia. This page explains what Neo keeps, why, who can see it, and how to have it changed or removed.

Who is responsible for what

Each company that uses Neo decides what it records about its own staff, contractors, clients and jobs, and is responsible for that information. Axis Point Solutions runs the app and keeps the information safe on the company's behalf. If you work for or with a company that uses Neo, you can also ask that company about your information.

What Neo keeps

Neo does not track where your phone is, does not show advertising, and does not sell or rent information to anyone.

Why it is kept

To run each company's work: booking people, checking they hold the right tickets, recording the hours worked, paying people, and sending clients their dockets and invoices. To sign people in, send login emails and notifications, and keep the app working.

Who can see it

Where it is stored

Information is stored in Sydney, Australia, with Supabase, and backed up daily. The office app is served by Vercel, login emails are sent by Resend, and phone notifications go through Apple and Google. These services handle information only to provide Neo and some may process it outside Australia. Card photos and files are private and open only through short-lived links.

How long it is kept

For as long as the company uses Neo, or until the company removes it. When a company stops using Neo, it can have a full copy of its information and then have it deleted, unless the law requires it to be kept for longer.

Seeing, correcting or removing your information

You can see and change much of your own information in the app, including your tickets in your Wallet. For anything else, ask the company you work with, or contact us at cam.geddes@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this page

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Companies using Neo are told of any important change.
